Stylists at Phi Hair Design are passionate about the industry, providing exceptional service through artistic skill and personal care. As employees, stylists earn competitive commission rates, are eligible for benefits, and are provided with ongoing professional education.

We are currently hiring experienced hairstylists with verifiable sales exceeding an average of $500 per day. Stylists must be comfortable with short, medium, and long haircutting with scissors, clippers, and razors. Stylists must also be proficient in blowdry styling on straight and curly textures.

Salon Assistants keep the salon running by shampooing, sweeping, doing laundry and dishes. We are looking for newly licensed Cosmetologists who would like to grow their skills and their business while learning from some of the area’s top talent and professional educators.
